A farewell, reflection, and the beginning of a new rhythm.
I say that playfully, but I believe it deeply.
For years, I ran hard - through meetings, decisions, deadlines, crises, celebrations, responsibilities, expectations and the steady rhythm of a career that demanded excellence, endurance, and heart.
I am grateful for the work, the people, every lesson learned, every space and place that shaped me, challenged me, stretched me and reminded me why leadership matters!
Retirement for me, is not simply the end of work. It is the beginning of a different kind of listening - to my own rhythm.
I am choosing peace and possibility first.
"If it doesn't honor my time, my value, and my joy, the answer is NO!"
